3 for 3 with 2 RBI, 2 walks and 3 runs scored. Why does anyone listen to that Dierking asshole anyway?
Don't forget that most fourth graders have a better arm than him and he's a notoriously bad base runner despite being one of the faster guys in the league for most of his career. Gardner should've been a 40-50 stolen base guy for a decade with his decent enough OBP and speed. Meanwhile he had a couple quality SB years and that's it.
Seriously. Judge has been our best hitter and while he strikes out a ton, calling him a little leaguer is a bit over the top 3.5 games behind TB. Here we come!
I know. Since you've wrote it we've won 3 consecutive. But that's what happens when you've went 29-5 throughout a 34 game hot steak; you can afford to lose 7 in a row but yet still be in 1st place during the Dog days of the summer. Take care Yankees fans hope to see you guys in the playoffs again like last year.
Down here in Florida May 1st is the dog days of the summer lol. Come July 1st it's definitely dog days of the summer (for baseball too).
I haven't seen a worse yankee defensive team that I can recall. Poor at 5 positions on a daily basis.
Besides Cole, who are we sending out to the mound that you have confidence in? I can't think of anyone and that's on Cashman who thinks his team can just outslug everyone. Oops.
Gardner watching the ball like a fan as it hits the wall, slow to the grounder and Devers was definitely safe. Just terrible terrible effort and defense. I haven't seen a yankee team this bad in a very long time.
Some will say German, but I don't think his stuff can beat top level offenses. Although he has shown he can go on streaks and be a good MLB pitcher. Montgomery seems like a good kid, but I don't see the stuff of even an average MLB pitcher. He's a taller Wade Miley. O my God, this defense is just so bad.
Since dating back to 2008 of 14 years ago we've had 10 above .500 seasons. TB Rays: 1,127 wins (80.5 wins per year). NY Yanks: 1,186 wins (84.7 wins per year Only +4.2 wins per season despite +$100,000,000 in payroll every season? Yes. It's much more fun to be an Underdogs Rays fan.. I wouldn't say "80%" well not if you know mathematics you wouldn't. Rays have had 14 below .500 losing seasons and 10 above .500 winning seasons. And that is not "80%" that's only 58.3% of losing baseball with a winning percentage of .479% and absolutely skyrocketing dating back to 2008. #CatchMeInMyRaysThread. #ComeChill@TheTropicana.
