a LOT Of great oldtime games are on youtube AND on bitchute, @mrjet80 !!! they are both great repositories for old NFL games broadcast in their entirety! regular season games, playoff games from the 70's 80's 90's etc.
Hey what are you going to do. My cousin lived in Jackson Heights and that is how I became a die hard Jet fan. Taking the 7 train to Shea.
I remember getting all pumped up for the Bills vs. Jets WC game in 1981 and starting to eat a nice pizza pie with my cousin and as soon as Bruce Harper fumbled the ball and Charles Romes returned it for a TD we lost our appetite. My cousin threw his slice of pizza across the room he was so frustrated and he rarely ever showed his emotions.
Anyone that wasn't alive during this time do yourself a favor and watch this game on a could rainy day. It was exciting until the very end.
I was there. I was 13 and this was the first heartbreaking loss for me as a fan. To many to count since then. I can still see the Bill Simpson INT at the goal line with seconds left. Leaving the stadium that day was miserable.
