True. I just remember when teams formed their offenses around the likes of a Campbell, Dickerson, Payton, Sanders and the like. Or Ditka trading his whole draft for Rickey Williams. Those days are obviously long gone. (Takes pipe out of mouth. Taps it against cracker barrel he’s leaning on) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I guess the thought process is just to create a shark tank of young guys at CB and hope a couple compete their way to being decent. Absolutely loving this draft so far. Would've probably preferred an additional guard somewhere but it's awesome to see us finally address offense and positions of need in general.
Echols earned a 73 PFF grade and allowed 0.91 yards/coverage snap, which are quality numbers in the SEC. However, where he really stands out is with his athletic ability. He ran a 4.3 40-yard dash at his pro day and posted a 43-inch vertical jump, which, to be frank, are downright scary numbers, even after adjustment
Sam should be very happy! The Panthers added Terrace Marshall, Shi Smith, Chuba Hubbard,Tommy Tremble, Brady Christiansen, and Deonte Brown on offense. For his sake, I hope that he has fixed his decision making and footwork. If not all the weapons in the world won't help because he won't be able to hit them consistently.
I wish they'd hurry up. I have work to do! I'm sick of all the commercials and babble, and they don't even announce the picks. This is probably the last draft I'll watch. I trust JD, so I can relax and just see who he took. We have most of our offense in place, so I feel good.
And with their last pick in the 2021 draft the Jets select Michael Moore... activist, camp fodder, tackling dummy..
I haven't enjoyed today bar the chat on here, very poor coverage tbh just 4 guys fucking about barely acknowledging the picks in the slightest
