because there isn't a big drop of from the number 5 RB to the number 32 RB and if you have a good o-line the amount of RBs that can run behind it is large

    CB Brandin Echols KY

    From NFL.com

    Overview
Outside cornerback with thin build, good length and solid ball skills to make effective challenges on the football when he's in position. His slim frame can be exploited by bigger wide receivers, not only when stacking him in tight quarters, but also when driving him around the field as a run blocker. He's a linear cover man with tight hips who is best-suited to side-shuffle coverages that allow him to stay on top of the route and drive forward on route turns to maintain his fluidity. Echols has some holes in his coverage but he's an aggressive ball-challenger with elite athletic traits who should be a Day 3 selection.
    Strengths
    • Elite athletic talent with 4.35-second 40-yard dash and 42.5-inch vertical jump at his pro day.
    • Plays with adequate discipline from zone.
    • Effective from side-shuffle with outside leverage.
    • Reads and anticipates route turns.
    • Disruptive with his length.
    • Shades inside hip for room to reach and slap the football.
    • Good burst to close out separation from receiver.
    • Played with more moxie as a tackler in 2020.
    Weaknesses
    • Thin build is below NFL standards.
    • Very limited ball production in 2020.
    • Tight hips prevent sudden lateral explosiveness in coverage.
    • Small delay when opening from mirroring release.
    • Dropped two would-be interceptions in 2020.
    • Overruns comeback routes.
    • Will get bodied up by big wide receivers.
    • Pushed around in 2019 in run support.

They just decided if they carry 20 corners it will fix the problem.

    another who the fuck

    Brandin Echols

    CB Kentucky

    Positives

Slightly undersized cornerback with terrific play speed and ball skills. Quick flipping his hips in transition, fluid pedaling in reverse, and stays with assignments. Keeps the action in front of him, stays on the receiver’s hip out of breaks, and displays a terrific move to the ball. Effectively covers receivers on crossing patterns, tracks the pass in the air, and nicely times pass defenses. Reads the quarterback’s eyes, makes his move to the throw, and possesses good hands for the interception. Aggressive and fires up the field giving effort against the run.

    Negatives

Possesses a thin build and gets overmatched by bigger receivers. Not a strong or stout corner.

    Analysis

Echols is a well-rounded cornerback who plays disciplined football and played within the system at Kentucky. His thin build is a hindrance, but Echols has enough skill and ability to line up in dime packages at the next level.
