I see what @ouchy is getting at here. We could've had AVT or Darrisaw, Wyatt Davis and Ossai or other combo...
I like Crowder and I’m not against it, but I think it’s far more likely he’s gone than he’s here next year.
Well they wouldn’t have had AVT without the trade - that’s why JD moved up. They could have had Darrisaw but I don’t recall the Jets showing any pre draft interest. It came down to JD moving up for his preferred guy. Hopefully he’s right......
Yes, it does! It says that we finally have a real, honest-to-God NFL-caliber GM, and we are entering the 21st Century, and will have a balanced team and not try to win with just D. It's about freaking time, and I couldn't be any more excited and optimistic!
Injuries and guys rotate...I mean last season how many games were Perriman Crowder and Mims all on the field together? Not many
I never thought he'd be re-signed after this year. Once Saleh and LaFleur were hired, I thought that the Jets would draft his replacement in this draft. He's been a great Jet, but he is just too limited speedwise. They wanted a speedy WR who can be a HR threat, gadget player, and excel at YAC.
I totally disagree. When you are 2-14, you have to worry about needs because you have a ton of needs, and almost anything you pick fulfills a need.
I want the Jets to use one of their 4ths on Gainwell. Bulked up and got a tad faster over the last year with the opt out. He would be a sneaky Offensive ROTY candidate.
How many times has Greenberg said fascinating in the past two days? I believe he's said it for every Patriots selection.
Unless someone trades up he will be there. DET, SF, LAR, BAL, DEN and JAX dont need RB. Make it happen Joe!
