Gonna be pretty interesting with Watson and Rodgers likely available. Rodgers to Denver Watson to Washington?
Watson is going to be on the commissioners exempt list and I doubt Rodgers ultimately moves. That guy isn't sitting out a year at this point with a championship roster. The Packers have called his bluff all off-season long. It'd be cool of Molden or Cam Bynum fall to our next pick. Good players - "all gas no brake" guys for sure. Maybe one of the backs.
AVT belongs at OG, not OT. If JD was going to do that, then Jenkins was the pick, not AVT. Trading picks from next year is not a good idea. Since a lot of players returned to school this year, that draft should be deeper and stronger in about everything except QB.
As the third round progresses I can’t help but think about how much I don’t give a shit about the two third round picks we traded for the best guard in the draft last night.
Especially when we remember some of the jets' prior third round picks from Idzik and MacCagnan: 2014 Dex McDoogle--out of nfl 2015 Lo Mauldin--same 2017 Ar Stewart--same 2019 J. Polite--cut before the season
Damn good call. He's not as dark as Nick Bolton but definitely a whiter name. I feel like I knew an Anthony Schwartz at some point in my life and he looked a bit different than this cat.
Haha, I wasn't making any commentary on the Bolton part of it, just the guy with a really white name who's not portion. I feel like if you grew up in the tristate you had to have known an Anthony Schwartz at one point or another.
Because he's reliable, very good, has been a great Jet, could be a great mentor to Moore, and help Wilson?
Crowder could be traded at any moment but perhaps JD holds onto him through training camp and into the season - gives the Jets Davis Mims Crowder and Moore as top 4 WR (very solid) - and perhaps trade him at the deadline.....
