If the jets play the colts, would they more likely play on saturday or sunday? If the jets play the Pats, would they more likely play on saturday or sunday? Now, I have a flight at 4pm on sunday. If the game is on saturday I am fine. If it is on sunday at 4pm I miss the entire game. Now,if the game happenned to be on sunday at 1 here comes the question. Of course with my luck, my flight at JFK is in 1 of only two terminals that don't have a bar. Does anyone have any idea of how airports work? Are you allowed to transfer between terminals without a ticket for an flight for that specific terminal?
I travel quite extensively, although I've never flown out of JFK. At most airports, once you go through security you can pass through freely through all the terminals as long as you don't exit to baggage claim. Be careful of your flight time though - make sure you have a good idea of the walking (or running) time between the terminal that has the bar and your departure gate. I almost missed a flight once because of this and was running 3/4 of the way. Again, I haven't flown out of JFK so it may be different there. You can call your air carrier for more info. Also, most airports have an information desk when you first enter the terminal where you can find out this information as well.
I have to fly out almost every week and I can tell you people like me have to plan in advance like this all of the time. In fact I usually have to fly out on Sundays and when the Jets game is often determines what time I fly out and from which airport. This guy is not trying to jinx the Jets or anything, its just rather difficult sometimes planning around a game or potential game.
We're in. Stop being a worry wart. The guy wants to go to the playoff away game we are LIKELY to be in.. and wants some info, no need to slam a perfectly good question (that I don't know the answer to.)
If it's Jets/Pats, TAKE IT TO THE BANK, Saturday 8pm. If the Jets play the Colts, I'd say Sunday, 4pm. It could be 1, since I don't know what time is CBS's time. Since it will be Dallas/Seattle, they could want that at 4pm (How bout those Cowboys!). Also, the Jets and Giants won't play the same day, so you have to factor that in.
slow down fellas....Cowboys game is saturday night. They are the biggest ratings getters. I also heard that the NFC is the late game sunday. So the Jets are either playing saturday at 4 or sunday at 1. And you can take THAT to the bank.No chance the Jets play on saturday night. None
