The Broncos decided there was no QB worth the pick at 9.

I wish we had had the balls to do that at 2.

 

Let's not chuckle about Fields yet, freaking Aaron Rodgers dropped to 23, how did that work out?

 

If s top five defensive player is avsilable, OL would be a reach.

 

All those massive D investment were dealt away by Douglas.
Those cupboards are about as bare as the O at this point.
I do agree with you though on supporting Wilson. This draft needs some offensive infusion. It doesn’t have to be at 23, but they need O help.

Even though they need O-Line, they have so much money tied into the offense that they almost have to go defense. Defense now and then they could take OL later.

 

Maybe there was no QB worth the pick at 9 because the ones worth the pick got swept off the board in the top three.

Lamar Jackson, Drew Brees, Rodgers, Marino, that's just off the top of my head of guys who went much lower in the first round or early in the second than they were supposed to.

 

Beats giving three second rounders to move up three spits.
