You said he would need to stand on a stepping stool to see over his OL at 6ft 2" What has that got to do with throwing spirals or being athletic, which you bring up now? What has that got to do with who would be best in a Shanahan system, which you bring up now? It has nothing to do with it at all, absolutely nothing. You fucking wriggle about like a snake covered in oil, just stick to the original fucking point, it isn't rocket science is it? You said 6ft 2" is too small, I provided you proof that a QB significantly shorter was managing just fine without the aid of a stepping stool and you still haven't even acknowledged that point, it is utterly laughable, the way you slither about further from the only point of the 'conversation' Fucking spirals
That is pretty much it, he has all three at the same time and it is his choices that are now out there and we wait with bated breath to see if he is the man to bring us out of the gloom.
You sound like a crackhead limey. Listen this is not soccer where midgets rule. These guys/scouts/personnel types have their version of the ideal QB. 99.9 percent they are over 6'2. They waste thousands scouting these guys for years. Flutie was also an exception like I mention before how long ago was that. Also here in America on this board, we read right to left not vertical. Now go watch the Queen I think she's knighting someone.
Back to the old racism when you got no real answers, seems to be your modus operandi. there is more than .1% of the QB's in the league still under 6ft'2" you dumb prick. Wilson, Mayfield, Murray off the top of my head, so is that your 99.9% claim that all QB's are over 6ft2" busted already? Keep digging dickhead.
Wilson, Rodgers, Mayfield, Murray, Tua, Garoppolo, Dalton, Bridgewater, Jackson, Brees, Trubisky etc. are 6'2" or shorter. So that kind of debunks your 99.98 percentile thing at least for starters last year.
It will be interesting to see this season plays out. New coaching, new talent, etc. The team will have an Off idenity - run 1st, PA, etc., play solid D, be fundamentally smart FBP and execute well. That is what I expect form this team... forget W-L it will take time for this team (coaches included) to get their collective asses in sync... These are my expectations and they fall on JD since he is now the power broker... This draft is crucial to JD and how he will be viewed by fans, media and owners. He better spend some capital on IOL, CB or OLB, maybe TE. If he doesn't fix the OL then expect problems with QB development and that will fall on him. BTW- we play Car this year in CAR so that is one game I will watch.
The reason we passed on him for Adam's no doubt about it, 99.9% of GM's look for bigger, fuck you Mac and your measuring tape.
Nah it wasn’t his height. The NFL was scared to death of the offense he played in & the history of QBs it produced. Same shit Fields is experiencing now.
