Good segment! I do disagree with one thing you said - that what Miami got was about what the Jets could've expected. I believe the Jets would've wanted AT LEAST a high second rounder this year, plus a 1st AND a second or third next year, AND a first in 2023. That #2 pick is THAT valuable. Maybe I'm nuts, but if I'm JD unless I got an overwhelming offer, I wouldn't even think about trading back, and personally, I still wouldn't because I believe Wilson is going to be a great QB, and the best Jets QB since Namath.
Oh I agree that he likely couldn't have gotten more than Miami. I guess what I mean is that JD would have taken an offer like that IF he wanted to trade back. Thank you for watching!
