    Warren Jackson: WR
    6-6 215lbs
    estimated draft round 6

Analysis: Time to look at some more late rounders and well the jets don't have a 6th we do have 2 in the 5th and can trade down a bit for future picks as well. Or could just take him a round early. Colorado state has quietly been producing some solid late round WRs as of late like higgins and gallup. Warren Jackson looks like he can be the next steal in the draft. His giant 6=6 frame and long arms are impressive but it's more impressive how he uses them. His catch radius is insane and his ability to win jump balls in traffic is beyond impressive. Not a high separation guy and likely runs in the 4.5s but he knows how to use his body and win jump balls. could contribute as a red zone threat right away in the NFL while he learns more about running routes although he will be limited in that area. could fit in well with the jets as a red zone and outside threat with potential to be a WR2 in the NFL or at worse a depth guy thats a good red zone threat

    D'Wayne Eskridge WR
    5-9 190lbs
    Estimated draft round 3-5

Analysis: Eskridge at this point is an enigma to all. He's not as fast as schwartz above, but he runs in the 4.3s and is a burner for sure. I've seen some sites say he'll go in the 1st and others that he'll go undrafted. I think he winds up in the 3-5th rounds. He wasn't on anyone's radar until this season when his production was insane with 784 yards on 34 catches and 8 TDs in just 6 games (23YPC 130YPG). he's a pure slot guy who is more refined then schwartz and showed some ability to play outside and go up and get balls. still needs some work as a WR but the ability and talent is there and he is the type to take a 5 yard slant to the house on any given play. He's also an excellent returner. The downsides is his size obviously limits him but we've heard that about guys like steve smith and it never affected them. he's also old for a draft pick at 24 and it's a really deep WR class. all those reasons is why I think he won't go before round 3.

    Amon-Ra St. Brown: WR
    6-1 194lbs
Estimated round: Mid 2nd to Early 3rd

Analysis: St. Brown (brother of packers WR Equinmous St Brown) isn't getting much attention in a stacked Wr class. his physical numbers don't jump out either being skinny for a 6-1 WR and not having blazing speed (runs 4.6ish) but don't let that fool you. St. Brown is a pure slot guy and better then his brother. He's a natural route runner who finds ways to get open. He can take the top off a defense without elite speed. he's tough blue collar and fights for the ball and will make catches in traffic. He has great hands and while not fast can rac up YAC. he's a threat with the ball in his hands. NFL comparison is keenan allen. He's also a willing blocker who hasn't been injured. he's tough and reliable. He's a 1st round talent that will fall in a stacked class due to measurables.

Anthony Schwartz from Auburn is a good round 4-6 option. Dude has blazing speed, but his route tree needs work.

Get a big man WR in mid to late rounds, for jump ball.

where did we get that? almost everything I seen for rounds 5-7 was

    2 5s, no 6, 1 7

I just looked at spotrac which has 1 5, 1 6, and no 7? what am I missing here?

It's amazing how many of these football sites have inaccurate info. Spotrac still has CB Michael Davis as a FA and he re-signed with the Chargers. I saw several others that have already signed with teams that Spotrac doesn't have registered.

We don't have a 7th round pick. It went to the Niners along with Kevin Willis for a 2022 6th round pick. The 6th round pick came from the Pats when they traded up last year in order to draft TE Dalton Keene.

Where does Rondale Moore go? He just ran a 4.29 with a 42.5 Inch vert. Holy hell.

I really like the idea of Smith-Marsette as a 4th/5th round guy. Signing a guy like Cole makes it a lot easier to wait on a guy like Smith-Marsette who might only be a special teams guy, especially in 2021.

Before the signings last week, I wanted us to take a WR by the end of day 2. Now, I can accept taking someone on day 3 who doesn't have to produce right away while Davis, Mims, Cole, and Crowder are the top options in 2021.
