He wants out bad with the Titans. He will probably end up being cut or someone will swoop in with a late pick and give him a shot.

This guy was a bulldozer in college and has huge upside. I’d give up our 6th rounder for him as a boom or bust prospect any day!

Guy is an absolute disaster off the field/horrible culture guy. Hard pass.

if we're talking about a similar trade compensation when we "traded" Hackenburg for a conditional 7th rounder, then maybe look into it. But I wouldn't invest more than that. He's been an absolute disaster for the titans (as @REVISion said)

Highly doubt that he would fit Saleh's culture anyways

Who knows what the situation is though.. he might just need a fresh start.. I think his upside is much higher than someone we’d take in the 6th round

Report: Titans shopping Isaiah Wilson in trade talks
    Grey Papke, Larry Brown

Isaiah Wilson’s tumultuous tenure with the Tennessee Titans appears to be coming to an end.

    [IMG]© Christopher Hanewinckel-USA TODAY Sports
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Titans are shopping Wilson, and are willing to trade last year’s first-round pick.

Ian Rapaport Tweet: The #Titans have shopped first-round tackle Isaiah Wilson, sources say, open to dealing the former Georgia standout. After a rough rookie season that included a suspension and stint on the non-football injury list, a fresh start may benefit all parties.

Wilson, who went 29th overall last year, is obviously talented. However, he would be coming with significant baggage. His value wouldn’t be particularly high, and the Titans’ willingness to trade him shows just how eager they are to move on.

Wilson clearly wants out of Tennessee as well. It’s not clear if a new team would save the offensive lineman’s career, but it may be his only shot.

Don't know anything about him other than he is supposed to be very talented and was taken in the 1st round last year. Probably another Polite situation (the guy we drafted only to cut in TC).

But it could turn out to be like Randy Moss to the Patriots. A VERY talented but VERY problematic player (he walked off the field before the end of the game and was cut/traded to NE). Turned out to be the best thing the Pats had done since drafted Brady, set NFL records for yards/TDs (only to lose the SB to the Giants hahahahahahaha).

But a team like the Jets with SO many needs on the oline should at least look at him for the PS.

Doesn't fit the profile of the kind of player Saleh and Douglas would want to acquire.

It's hard enough to build a team without adding a headcase like him to the mix. There are better options without the baggage and risk.

But Randy Moss was a proven star when he went to the Pats. This guy hasn't proven anything in the NFL.

Na I get it. You're spot on. But if he's talented enough to go in the first round a year ago, he may be talented enough to drop a 7th on him and stash him somewhere for a yr or two to see if he matures. But being a 1st round pick his guaranteed $ may be too steep. I wonder if Tennessee had to pay his entire 4 year salary?

I trust Saleh with this. Players love playing for him and if he can reach this guy and get him to buy into what he wants to do for the Jets. Low risk high reward. Like others have said 6 round pick should do it.

Another reason to hate that twat Mike Lombardi who was the architect of the Moss trade to New England and basically admitted to helping them tamper to get the deal done, then later got a job with them when nobody would touch him with a 10 foot pole. That guy is a fucknut.

I want Wilson on the Jets, but I think you read my posts wrong. I said Zach. Not Isaiah! Maybe even Russell. Possibly the volleyball.

Dude didn't even really play and their GM said the player they scouted didn't arrive in TEN.

He's even said he's ready to give up football.

If we do trade. It has to be conditional only.

Probably worth a late round gamble but there’s a decent chance he never plays again and a good chance he never plays well
