Not really. He'll probably be gone after this contact.

I agree. In fact, I'm not certain that he makes it out of TC. I think if he does, it's only because of all the Jets holes and they simply don't have enough picks/cap space to replace him this year along with all their other needs. I think if they sign a RT in FA, they should keep Fant as the swing tackle and jettison Edoga. If they draft a RT, I'd still keep Fant at least one more year, and axe Edoga.

Romeo Okwara is insanely overrated. Opposing QBs had all day to throw against Detroit and their defense was tremendously bad. He compiled 10 sacks in mostly garbage time and now he wants a big contract. For the love of God dont sign that guy

He's more of a 3-4 OLB imo anyway, so I don't think there's any danger of that. I think they'll target Lawson or Hendrickson.

I think it makes more sense to keep Fant and Edoga this year.

I would cut both guards, save 8mil in cap space sand use that to sign either Schreph or Thuney. Then either draft a guard or if they like Clark plug him in.

I agree, but JD may see this as too good of an opportunity to upgrade the RT spot.

I have zero interest in Scherff. He's had too many injuries, is older, and I don't think Washington will let him hit FA. I think they'll tag him again if nothing else. Thuney, I definitely want.

Jets may have to reach a bit for Felton to grab him before SF or LAR do.

Ju Ju social media post might be a problem. Robinson is the safer pick and exactly what a young QB needs a reliable option.

Marshall played pretty well until he was 32 years old. He's similar to Robinson in that neither guy relied on speed to create separation and win matchups. Those types of WR's usually age better than burners who become useless as soon as they lose a step. I don't really have strong thoughts on acquiring Robinson but just saying his age is probably less of a concern than most WR's.

I'll pass. Guard is not a position you want to spend a lot of money on. Plus its weird but these New England linemen always seem to suck when they sign elsewhere

And a rookie QB is just the thing Robinson isn't looking for at 27/28yo.

Also, why are people so arsed about JuJu dancing on tiktok? Who really gives a fuck what silly people do on those apps, it isn't anywhere near as bad as wiping your arse on a football in front of kids.

Robinson has also put up ridiculous numbers while playing with bottom of the league QBs. If the Jets got Watson, I think Godwin would be the first choice because of his age, but Robinson would be really productive on a 4 year deal too.

I'm pretty sure Robinson cares most about getting paid. There is no loyalty or honor in sports. Rookie QB still getting paid. Veteran QB still getting paid. Team losing or team winning still getting paid.

So what. The Jets could draft his replacement this year or next year. Who plans out more than 3 years in the NFL.
