It's Chad's fault that the Jets had no points the entire first half and that he was only able to lead the Jets to a FG after the Brady fumble.
May I remind you how Brady did the last the Pats played in Miami? How many points did he put up in TWO halves in perfect weather? Now how many points did Chad put up against the same defense in god awful weather conditions with the season on the line? The season wasn't exactly on the line in week 2
I was threatened to be banned for calling you an idiot, and now you're threatening champ with the same thing. Talk about weak.
You certainly don't want to get into a Pennington vs Brady discussion if you're on the Pennington side. I'll let this slide for now.
Once again, nobody threatened anyone. How hard is it to post and not insult another poster? If you have a problem, take it to PM. And where did I say i was going to ban you?
This is not about Brady vs. Pennnigton, I'm trying to point out that the guy can get the job done and that the *great* Tom Brady also has his bad moments.
I didn't say you particularly told me anything, but I was told by a mod to tone it down because you were offended by being called an idiot. And as far as my picture goes, if I wanted it posted, I would have done it myself. I'd prefer to keep real life and the internet as unassociated as possible, and that is why I didn't link the profile to ANYONE on line, not even the people I trust. How anyone found it is beyond me. Edit: And, I'm pretty sure that this: is a threatening/warning.
...then chad went to foxboro a few weeks later and beat the pats... why do people seem to forget that little fact?
Yeah, and the great Tom Brady also went 22-1 against opponents that finished the season .500 or better over a 2 year span, winning 2 SB in that time. Hell I'll be generous, Chad just has to win *one* SB and I'll be inclined to look the other way the next time he has a horrible game.
All the Chad bashing has gotten to the point of being incredibly lame and pointless. Even supporters acknowledge he has a sub-par arm so give it a rest already. Generally, most of the bashers overemphasize the importance of QB play then what it truly represents in the success/failure of a team over the course of a season. From that standpoint, they are starting from a flawed premise to begin with.
You totally missed point. We're not talking about past Super Bowls, we're talking about two QBs who faced the same defense two weeks apart, one in perfect weather, the other in a drivng rainstorm with the flu.
There is no point. Cherry picking one game against one team means absolutely nothing. Chad and Brady played the Steelers back to back weeks in Pittsburgh in the playoffs, I wonder how Chad fares in that comparison.
