The Jets were down 17-0 in the 1st pats game. In less than 8 minutes in the 3rd quarter, Chad led the Jets to 2 TDS.
its not an excuse.....he suited up and played...and play pretty good IMHO....despite the conditions. The guy has smarts and heart....i'll take that over a "rocket arm" anyday.

There is definitely some bug going around the country, I was sick a week ago, so was my brother. Seems that a lot of people I run into are either sick or just getting over something. I know some NHL teams are battling flu bugs as well.

Cap hits & winning SBs is again not revelant when you need cap to build that SB winner which is ALL I am interested in & what you to should ONLY be interested in. If you can not see his limitations then I really feel sorry for U as U IMHO you have NO grasped of FB knowlledge whatsoever
Lets be reasonable here, one TD was a one in a million play, and the other one was a great individual effort by Coles. When Chad had the opportunity to put a real scare into the Pats the Jets had to settle for a FG and then the Pats ran out most of the clock.
It's an excuse of why his first three quarters were horrible. And I've repeated over and over; I don't want a rocket arm necessarily. I was fine with Pennington's weak arm BEFORE the two surgeries - now, it's pathetic.

Ah yes, and therein lies the truism that defense is what ultimately wins championships. The Pats drove the length of the field (running with Maroney/Dillon) in their last drive milking the clock, leaving the Jets with no time on the clock. If it weren't for a blocked FG, the game would have been over by then. But that's Chad's fault, right? That we can't stop the run?
