One thing I like is the connection between Saleh and Matt LeFleur. McVay and LeFleur worked for years. Even if it is picking their brains, a lot can come out of this friendship. Me too man. It's insulting to his career to not have a second one. And you have to look at McCarthy potentially holding the team back at times even though he won one with him.
