My OSU buddies tell me their big defensive deficiencies are because the new DC Coombs is a great recruiter but a bad X's and O's guy. Jeff Hafley who left for BC was the defensive guru.

    Brutal 4th down call though.

We took a QB in the 4th round last year. Taking another in that range would be a waste of the draft pick. Unbelievable!

Brutal call. They need to let fields air it out more. Not like they don’t have good WR Or OL. Brutal 4th down call. Still am not sold on Fields.

as I said, that Clemson D sucked.

thin frame does NOT equal injury prone and that’s what I’m saying

if anything, it’s en Vogue to have at least one small WR who can cut like a Henkel’s knife

In the norm, no. But when they have elite skills, they are the exception.

I will say to all the Fields fans

he is definitely miles better than Sam

but we have too many holes and being better than Sam is not saying much

Is there any chance that Mac Jones is available at 23?

keep up with the analogy... 4th inning of the rebuild. Not the draft. Probably 2022 or 23 draft.

with that being said Morgan may be the future QB.

    Have you watched this year?

    no way
    No how

is he playing at that speed in 2020

maybe he’s protecting his hammies but he looked slow to me

    feel free to disagree.

I know sometimes I’m The only one who sees this shit because I’m negative

apologies if you saw him blazing fast this year

ROFLMAO! Your list isn't even accurate in terms of those teams not having weapons around their QBs.

You act like we don't have a LOT Of cap space, 19 picks over the next 2 drafts, a stud LT, Crowder and Mims, and should have a new CS capable of developing players. We could sign Thuney and Chris Godwin in FA. We could take Fields #2, Trey Smith either at #23 or maybe with our 2nd round pick. We could possibly add a TE like Freiermuth or Brevin Jordan, add a Trey Sermon or Kenneth Gainwell at RB and suddenly have a very good offense around Fields.

I mean 9/18 in the biggest game of his life? That Clemson D sucked as I have said all along.

That's even worse, because if JD is drafts as well as I think he will, we could be drafting in the 20s by then! You have absolutely no clue what you're talking about. I think you may BE Rich Kotite

Jets can probably still draft QB Zach Wilson if they swap spots with Atlanta (#4). The trade will give them additional draft capital to adequately rebuild OL and other needy positions (WR, RB, TE, CB). A concern with QB Justin Fields is that he's only played about one half of a college career. Darnold also played at USC about the same amount of games as Fields has and threw about the same number of passes. Also, both USC and Ohio State specialize in NFL QB mega-busts.
