Nagy sucks. I'm telling ya, not a good leader and his Xs and Os leave a lot to be desired too. If the NFC wasn't a joke, Nagy would be on the unemployment line with Gase right now. Very lucky to still have his job
Do not pick anyone who is getting fired or is failing from a current hc job. Any coach who gets fired and doesn't take a coordinator job before accepting another hc job always fails (e.g., Gase, Rex Ryan, Mangini, and many many more).
I think we want a guy who has played the game in some capacity with influence, either HC or coordinators since they havent had that with Gase and Loggains...
PS just because I want a CEO type HC does not mean I want him or her to be idle on the sideline letting the units run the show I need a lot of discussion/ collaboration and some fire during the game my goodness - def don’t need another statue

No no I was telling everyone to chill about Johnsons making head coach decisions here. I think they will let Douglas make the call, when it comes to contract and dollars I am sure Johnsons will need to sign off on it
Conflicted feels here. On one hand, absolutely thrilled to be out of the Gase era. I can start watching the team again....on the other hand, scared to death what asshat Johnson is going to replace Gase with. ...praying to the football Gods JD gets to make the call on the next HC
