    Serious and important question. All reports are saying Douglas is solely responsible for the hire which we all believe is a GREAT thing. Does this mean the idiot brothers are FINALLY scrapping the stupid ridiculous org chart and having the coach report to the GM? I know it's way too much to assume now, but if they let Douglas pick the coach, it would be moronic (and Jet-like I know) to have them as equals after the GM hired the coach.

    We can only hope, right???

    I don't blame you. These bumbling idiots just never ever learn. I really hope that something changes this year and they do the right thing. In what business/organization would the owner/boss allow you to hire a manager for another department that doesn't report to you? It's absurd just typing that.
