    If I told you 3 and a half hours ago Fields would put up 400 yds and 6 TDs in a blowout of Clemson, you'd have been looking at me like

    With everything on the line tonite both on the field AND draft position, this game meant a lot more to Fields than it did to TL. With that kinda of pressure, it speaks volumes for the young man to have performed like he did tonite. Fields rose to the occasion. That's what I meant by not choking. How a person performs under pressure can be a more accurate indicator than stats...Fields excelled tonite.

    Welcome to the Jets Mr. Fields. Your arm is perfect for NY. This kid showed me plenty today, tough as nails, cannon for an arm and a leader.I have seen enough. Win or loose he has what it takes. . The number two pick has become quite pricey all of the sudden. We have options boys. The first two picks are no slam dunk as everyone thinks.

    SI.com, PFT, other sites....Jets beat writers....all now saying Jets have QB at #2 or they can get a haul.

    Atlanta fans asking if they could have made a deal for the Jets pick once they had #2 locked up.....fearing the price is gonna go up.

    My favorite part is that they're both going at the top of the draft, but - to my eye - it looks like only one of them views it as though "everything is on the line tonight".
