Even though the NFL ratings are dramatically down due to the social justice bullying, and most Pat fans claim they don’t care, let’s win this game!! Fuck Bill !!!! I know it helps his draft but LOVE to see him lose!!!!! Every single time! 3-13 here we go!!! fuck you bill
Correct! And yes the Jets are going to win I can feel it. Momentum - too little too late. But as long as it doesn’t knock them below the #2 spot go out and kick their ass lol
At this point, why not? We're locked into the 2nd pick and it'd be nice to beat them for the first time since the thrilling OT win in 2015.
Agreed.......and I don't think we've beaten them in Foxborough since AFC Championship game a decade ago.
man the Pats look BAAAAAAAAD lol. Their QB situation is a total joke......I know some of you guys love to blast Darnold, but I would take Sam over any QB on the Pats roster, lol. Cam Newton is god awful. He has basically reached the "Walking corpse" stage of his career.
SOURCE: Adam Gase Will Be Fired After the Game Sunday We spoke with our Jets source who confirmed that the teams’ recent wins will have no baring on the organizations decision on HC Adam Gase. Gase will still be fired after the game on Sunday. The organization made its decision weeks ago and began reaching out to the agents of potential candidates. With the team losing out on the #1 pick, the job isn’t as attractive as it was then but it should still be a solid landing spot as the team has the #2 pick, multiple first rounders in the next few years and the second most cap space moving forward. Our source also told us that no decision about Sam Darnold has been made and the new coach will have a say in what they do at QB. GM Joe Douglas will lead the search and acting owner Christopher Johnson will sit in on interviews but the final say will be Douglas
I watched Josh Allen pick apart the Pats defense last night. I know Josh has an A+ oline and Stephon Diggs catching passes (1,400 yards already) where Sam has B- oline and throwing to Perriman (300 yards). Josh had ALL NIGHT to throw so many passes (5-6-7 seconds routinely) that Sam won't have, but still I want to see Sam play better than the last 2 weeks. If he has another 'I see ghosts' game, he's gonna get traded. If he has a really good game with what he has to work with, JoeD might decide to keep him. 6 days!
For the first time this season I’m actually looking forward to the game. The Jets are going to win....
It would be a nice ending to an ugly season... After watching BB get stomped last nigh nothing would bring in the NY with another defeat esp. by us. How sweet it would be!!!!!!
Now that everyone is onboard to beat the Pats, we are on winning streak, they are on losing one, we may be even favored to win. You know what's going to happen.
Spot on. I have not seen another team this year where the OL provides such sustained, across the line strong protection. Even Winters has flourished on that line. Lots of time for the WRs to get open and for Josh to find his target. I was most impressed. One thought that came to mind is the OL coach. We need a top dog like Callahan. That would do wonders for any QB, Sam included.
It will an interesting match. This game is winnable. Wide receivers and QB need to find a rhythm, RBs need to take the lead with strong first down runs. D will be ready to rock. This game is a pre evaluation as to who stays with the team in 2021.
I don't really care who wins. I just want this miserable season to end and to move on to the off-season. The press conference firing Gase should be put in primetime as I am sure more Jets fans would want to watch that than this game against a dreadful NE team. I would prefer if we rested everyone we are sure who will be a contributor in 2021. Week 17 injuries are the worst. Hiring a new coach should hopefully provide some hope. The off-season should be quite exciting. With lots of salary cap room and other teams very tight on money we have an opportunity to improve ourselves. JDs first draft class appears to be very good. But, what really excited me was his ability to move around the draft. We have never had a GM think so strategically moving around the draft to maxmize value. This could be our most exciting off-season in quite awhile.
Point spread opened as high as New England favored by five but has since gone down with most at three and a couple at 3 1/2; probably by their lousy showing Monday night.
