Ran Big A for 20mins. We got winter storm advisories here for tomorrow and a BOLO on a much bigger storm on Wednesday.
Nyc looking solid 6-12 possible 12-18 North jersey going 12+ Cman buried could go to 20” Connecticut maybe 6-12 maybe more. Depending on the track. Euro much more north than gfs right now. 50 miles one way or another could be the difference between close to 12 and 5-6. Should get it ironed out a little better this evening
For me, I am in North Jersey (Fair Lawn, Bergen County). As long as its the light, fluffy, powder snow that the snow blower can go thru with no problem then 12+ isn't a big deal. I would rather have that then 3-4 inches of the heavy wet shit.
Fjay ,,,models are almost all in agreement, IMO the only question now is the exact track and will there be mixing issues. My suggestion to all of you is to start the snow blower today make sure she's good ( I did it yesterday ) and if you have a generator make sure it is also working and get gas now if needed. Still time and a shift either way in the track is big for some,,,,,last run I saw a small shift more to the east,,,,,which is not the best thing for Fjay and snow lovers up North and far west but there is still time and this is not written in stone yet.
Not necessarily. Where are you? Long Island , mid to northern jersey, cape cod all should see good numbers. Less the further north and west .
I think anyone north of 84 is in for a moderate snow. 6” or so. Big numbers for central jersey. 24” for our Turkish friend who just loves the snow. Enjoy @Brook!
Brooklyn, near Sheepshead Bay. I’m glad it will be light and fluffy variety though. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
