So far what I've seen from him I'm a little disappointed. I expected a game breaking home run threat out of such a deep WR draft. Mims has track speed but so far it doesn't look like it's translating into game speed. I'm happy with the first down but IMO that play should've gone for much more yardage than it did. For a first year player to look that slow is startling.
Gase calling plays again....leads me to believe he’s fighting for his job, a loss today and he’s gone. They gave him play calling back to not give him any excuses.
Ball is well over the yellow when his knee is down. Of course Darnold is so stupid he doesn't make sure to get it definitively...still a 1st
agreed, but also remember he was limping 20 min ago after a hit. And went to the tent. Might be playing through an injury.
The line is playing really well today. No excuses for Gase or Darnold today and they've managed 3 points
I won’t say I’m disappointed because his hands and body control are really good and why he was considered a good selection, he is going to get stronger and more explosive. I expect to see him start running away from defenders next year.
