Darnold will practice today and could be good to go on Sunday. If so and he is healthy, that changes my entire outlook. The Jets could beat the Dolphins and/or Raiders at home, then potentially steal one against the Browns or Patriots and finish (2-14) or even (3-13). I think Sam is too talented to lose out the final 6 games.
Pulled pork is okay for a sandwich but for a better diversion there are a couple of other things to smoke.
I hate NFC East teams with a passion. Truly. Back in 2016 I attacked 4 Bills fans at Metlife and I was escorted out. I had to attend an Anger Management class to be able to go back to Metlife. That said, if Dolphins lose to the Jets and screw our chances for top pick, I will hate them more than the Pats. Come on now Dolphins. You can do it and you should do it. You are in the middle of the Playoff race. Just kick our ass and move on.
To be honest, the last two weeks have been some pretty interesting Jets games. 7 touchdowns in 2 games w Flacco at the helm.
Gore likely getting the bulk of carries with Perine out. Although I wish Ty Johnson would get more burn. Josh Adams takes Perines spot.
I mean, the Jets beat them 34-3 last year. Yes, the Raiders are better and the Jets are worse, but it is still a long trip from Vegas to New York. I don't want any either, just saying the possibility is there with Sam back and the WR's healthy. The defense is still terrible though, so any team with a passing ability will destroy the Jets like the Seahawks and Rams. Carr has the potential to. Miami, Cleveland and New England are toss ups.
This game is our 2nd best shot to get a win, behind the last Pats game. It's going to be very close-- I could see 21-17 Phins
Sam Darnold WILL START as expected. Should be fun to see him on the field with Mims, Perriman and Crowder. Hope the O-line can protect him. If so, the Jets have a chance.
