Had to jump in and post this..and saw your post. Is espn kidding me? I was ready to take and ice pick and start hacking away at my brain. That had to be one of the worst first halfs of announcing I have ever heard in my entire life. Nick Saban? Is this the Saban that has missed the playoffs two years in a row? The Saban that has 4 guys on his defensive line that are over 30 years old? Saban, who went into this year with Culpepper as his qb? Who is Saban. God? I cant believe they just spent 20 minutes asking Shula and then talking about whether he would be back or not while the Jets playoff hopes are hanging on by the skin of my.... Sorry for venting...go back to what you were doing. Pennington will eventually kill a Jet receiver...thats my take of the first half. GO GET EM BOYS!!

That was a horrible half of football, a horrible half of announcing, espn is truly horrible. Kornheiser brings absolutely nothing to the table. No one cares about Saban and whether he goes to Alabama. No one wants to see those she males Venus and Serena or Don Shula in the middle of the game. The idiots on espn were are more concerned with interviewing people and talking about espn bs then actually showing the game. I've now turned my volume off.
Brick is doing fine considering who he is up against. I don;t know what happened on that sack, it looked like Brick though Taylor was going to cut back inside and over compensated. He has done pretty well every other time he has been on his own against him, that's why I dont understand Theisman saying "You can never leave Ferguson on his own against Taylor". I don't want to blame Chad but he really isn't throwing the ball that well, although the Dolphins havent been great passing either. Imagine what all the non-Jets or Fins fans are thinking watching this game in prime time...but whatever... And by the way I am really liking the playoff scenario...I can definitely see one of them happening if we can't pull it off tonight.
c'mon MIAMI....end their "playoff hopes" tonight! It would be a shame to see a "team" like this make it instead of a Cincinnati or Jacksonville that could actually make it past round 1!

at least it's not Jets-Packers. We'd be listening to nonstop BS about Brett Favre, his "Ironman" streak, his wife, etc.
