    It is both, culture comes from the top. Johnsons down to Gase. They are just horrible at enabling others to grow and reach potential. That explain why they just move on so quickly from players, the mantra is that it must be the players not them. That is the problem. It is sad commentary, been going on since Rex left. Bowles had lots of issues with culture. And Gase just made it 100 times worse In his time, creating a blame throwing mentality that he portrays.

    Perriman's two TDs last night are 1 more than Robbie's all this year. Robbie is having a fine season, but he has stayed healthy unlike most jets WRs.

    Right. Despite his slight frame he's stayed relatively healthy his whole career.
