GW is old school. Vicious. He looks to instill as much fear as possible in the opponent. He's a relic from a bygone era. That's his problem. The NFL has gone away from what once made football football. Now they want as much offense as possible and to hamstring the defense as much as possible. He doesn't fit in the modern era. But this year he lost his top dawg and had another quit err opt out on him before the season started. It is what it is. He'll pay the price with his job at some point but I don't doubt that he still knows how to coach.
