    I question JD loyalty to the team with moves like this. Good football person would have fired gase. Played out the yr, and get to work for draft and new coach. Make player cuts then.

    And Gase is still the HC. SMH!

    At this point I really want to see the pictures and video that Gase has of the Johnson Clowns...they must be REALLY incriminating.

    One has to wonder if Douglas presents Johnson with an ultimatum in the offseason. Either Gase goes or he does. Would be a fitting end to this clownshow of a season.

    Always rememeber, the Steelers don't get rid of their own just for shits and giggles. It is no coincidence that both Brown and Bell have either left the league entirely or have showed nothing since.

    There was a roster bonus to Bell coming up in two weeks which the Jets weren't going to pay; cap space for next year is irrelevant. Bell will get signed in time to be in some other uniform this weekend. I'm going to put the over/under at noon tomorrow.

    And take the under.

    We just gifted a quality RB, having paid most of his salary. As we gifted #3 WR so far. The OL we cut are starting on other teams. We have severe lack of talent. Seems to me we are backwards. Man I have never been this close to giving up being jet fan. The incompetence of this organizations is one that folks have never seen, Only Cleveland rivals.

    Also, to falco and anyone else who thinks Gase isn't behind this, there have been leaks from day 1 that gase didn't want bell.
