Herndon has been the biggest disappointment of the season so far for me. He seemed to have so much potential, but he has played putrid. I was pleasantly surprised with Smith. I thought he looked solid last night. Crowder is a solid, reliable, professional WR. Gase continues to be a dumpster fire of a HC.

Yeah man agreed. He looked like he dropped that important ball over the middle because he was trying to brace his fall. Not sure if he now sucks, doesn't want to play or just was never that good and was catching balls because he was there.

Good assessments by every one. Smith was a bright ray of hope. I might be the lone wolf but I like the way Quinnen W is playing. The first roughing penalty was horse shit. Officiating was beyond poor.

With regards to the bolded stat, wow, just WOW!!! That is some sorry shit.

With regards to the underlined, if someone can present incontrovertible evidence that Williams ordered his players to try to hurt Rypien, then I'll agree with you and others who have been decrying it today. I saw the whole game and didn't see one single time that a Jet was trying to hurt Rypien or was taking a cheap shot. On Q. Williams 1st personal foul penalty, he got there late and should have pulled up. That may have been after Sam was body slammed without a penalty called on the Broncos, however, and if so, I can't blame him. The game had horrible, one-sided officiating. The Jets were trying to pressure the kid. We don't have an elite pass rusher and those we have often get there a step late. Most of the hits were bang, bang and were bogus penalty calls, or if those were going to be called, then the hits on Sam should have been called as well. Even if Williams and the Jets players were angry at the discrepancy in the penalty calls and the lack of respect that Fangio and the Broncos were showing us, and thus intentionally hitting Rypien late, I don't have a problem with it. They were disrespecting us in our own house. As someone said earlier, at least our D was showing some pride and fight, and weren't laying down like little bitches like Gase. With the way that the game was officiated, I wouldn't have cared if they had taken out a ref or two "accidentally."

I expected a lot from him too. and it's not even an injury thing. he just can't hold onto the ball

Q is playing really good. couldn't stud him after that penalty and I don't feel he did enough but I can't wait for anderson to be gone. we are so deep on the d-line. Q has been a stud. as has foley, and Franklin-myers. Mclendon is still solid. haven't seen much of shepard though this year. d-line is easily our bets unit but we need some CB and edge help badly. not to mention o-line and WR

I'm only talking the end of game. it was over. both coaches were idiots, fangio should have punted but GW had no reason to call a suicide blitz. the game was done. I never said the players were taking cheap shots becuase of GW. they were frustrated and undisciplined. they weren't being dirty IMO.

there was all duds and one stud.

when you are watching a game, and your best tackler is the kicker, you have serious first pick in the next draft potential.

i did not want another usc qb, and i sure as hell would not follow a recommendation about whom to hire

as the head coach from a guy who twice rejected coming to play for my team.

dolan didn't get to buy the team in 2000, but somebody must have clued in the hoodie about the johnson brothers.

the Met's Steve Cohen made his money using his smarts, while the borthers just inherited it.
