Really good chance our next coach is one of the 2 Oc’s tonight. I know Bienemy is the fan favorite but Roman could be a real possibility with Douglas’ raven ties.
You definitely don’t want Roman, trust me. Unless you want more ground and pound, which is pretty irrelevant these days. I don’t know anything about Bienemy, but wouldn’t he be the Adam Gase to Peyton Manning?
Ravens gameplan goes to shit the moment they fall behind in the game. Lamar missed Brown on two (what should have been) easy touchdowns and Andrews had a bad drop in the endzone on another.
It does but I wouldn't really blame the gameplan. Lamar Jackson has to hit open receivers and they need to catch the ball. Yesterday's game left me with no interest in Martindale as a head coach. He blitzed 90% of the game with no edge blitzers and got shredded and didn't change the strategy. Mind blowing.
Roman did a good job tailoring an offense around a unique talent. I think that counts for something. As far as Bienemy, the difference is he got Mahomes from the start and was groomed by a H.O.F offensive genius. Gase got a surefire H.O.F. at the end of his career and didn’t have anything to do with his development. Not close the same thing
That was so sad to see, Prime joe would have sealed the deal on live tv. It hurts to see the great ones after they’ve lost it.
Why are the Ravens pissing about with so many RB's? I can't help but feel they are wasting Edwards talents and holding him back, just how many RB's do you need in a backfield? Would love him at the Jets
The Dobbins pick in round 2 confused the hell out of me. Not sure why they wouldn't address WR with that pick since they are clearly lacking in perimeter weapons after Brown.
It was but he's going to be a fantastic player. I don't think they wanted to take him but couldn't pass him up. They said they were shocked he was still there (and it seems like they would've taken a receiver if not). He reminds me of Zeke-lite. Watching them both play for OSU makes that comparison a bit more obvious but still.
I think he is going to be a stud as well. I don't really know much about the cap and contracts, but if I'm looking at this right Ingram can be a capcut next year as he is only $1.3m in dead money vs $6m cap hit if they kept him next year.
