I feel like new threads are not allowed here but I’m sick of searching through bullshit threads to analyze the total team. The 2020 jets suck from top to bottom. From owner, to coach to player, to moves, to depth or lack there of. How can this shit be fixed before most of us die? Why are we rebuilding with a disjointed And possibly disinterested Coach QB, GM timeline? They all need to be married. Why in the ever loving fuck is the GM just equal to the HC? How are the Johnsons still around? Can we legally remove them? Can we start a riot and get sympathy?
In the 20 years that the Johnsons have owned the team, there has been only one coach with a winning percentage...Time to drain the Secaucus Swamp and boycott the Johnsons. Pathetic ownership.
The Jets will never be good, never win a SB, never be consistently competitive - I am 101% convinced of this.
My first Jets game as a kid was the fake spike game. I've been a die hard fan for 30 plus years now. I am in the same boat. Now I understand that Trevor Lawrence doesn't automatically fix the deep rooted issues, but if he is as good as all the experts say, he has to be the face of the franchise. (Assuming we get the first pick) If we trade the pick for more picks, I am done with this team. Without a franchise quarterback in this league, you can't be consistent year in and year out.
we won't get the first pick - we will beat Denver and get 1 or 2 more wins along the way and be picking 3rd or 4th - because that is the Jets way.
my question is how long do fans continue to come here amazed every week at the ineptitude of the entire organization before they jsut stop giving a shit. it really is a problem from the rooter to the tooter.
Either this, or the Jets will get the top pick, and Lawrence will get a career ending injury at the end of the season, so there will be no clear #1 pick.
In the last 3-4 years, started to like Pete Carrol and Russel Wilson and starting to root for the Seahawks. They are an exciting team to watch.
After 30 years of rooting for this franchise, I've stuck with them through the coslet, kotite eras, I am close as well. If the Jets obtain the first pick and trade it or pass on Lawrence, that's it for me. I may root for whoever picks Lawrence. (Even if its the Giants) and start over.
Not sure how you guys could pick another team to root for, I just couldn’t get emotionally invested like I am with this shit team.....I just enjoy the games and play fantasy, betting, survivor pools, etc.
