    Because people were willing to drink the Peyton Manning koolaid. If it wasn't Peyton vouching for the guy, he would have got neither job.

    What's worse for the Jets is they won't know what they have in Darnold until Gase is gone. I know everyone is down on Sam right now, but remember Tannehill looked like dogshit with Gase too. RT took over a 1-5 team and got them to the AFCCG. Clearly the problem all along in Miami was Gase, not RT.

    I would bet my shoes and socks that the jets get the ball back, and kick a field goal on 4th and inches to make it 28-3 at half.
