30 center fielder's make those plays...ok...d is good...but still. Agreed MR on Brett g. At least he has some clutch inside him.
Dude. He’s got a cannon for an arm too. I mean he’s not Mickey Mantle. He’s close enough to Bernie Williams
Just about every move Boone tries isn't panning out this losing streak Yankees have some real problems that won't get fixed by returning players.
Keep trottin' Brett Garbage-pail out there .169 So far Cole is a disappointment It's the Luke-Gio show every night 6'7" 252 lbs + 6'8" 282 lbs can't even run the bases without getting hurt...embarassing Boone is brain-dead
Last year it felt like they would win every game. This year ::shrugs:: If the East wasn't having a down year they may have not had a chance to make the extended playoffs. Hell, they still may not.
Another train wreck. Outside of playing Gardner when he shouldnt see another at bat, how do you blame Boone for it all? Almost every player has under performed.
Im sure most of us are multiple decade baseball viewers. This obviously isn't a playoff team in a regular season... but we can see it's also not a top half team for a medium sample size. Their starting pitching is bad and they have too many. 220 and under hitters that strike out too much. I know OBP is the stat, but you still need to hit. Cashman is to blame for the lineup and starting pitching. Juiced balls last year made them look way better. The bullpen? Thats on the players not performing
This team is a flat out embarrassment right now. I am truly shocked at how pathetic they have played. Everyone is to blame. It is mind blowing how basically every single player is underachieving or hurt. I am not sure they can turn it around either.
The Sanchez ers has to end. Team fans on the outside might say Yankee entitlement... but he's just not a good player and it's a large enough sample size. He's a below average catcher if hes not hitting 30 plus home runs... maybe even 40. He's that bad behind the plate and at the plate with anything not out of the park. Frazier needs to take gardner's spot. Sign another pitcher and the bullpen should improve on its own.
Sanchez's .126 is the lowest average I have ever seen in my life and I've been a Yankee fan since 1964
How many years can a team be in denial about a player? They want Sanchez to be someone he is not. He is actually terrible. He can't hit and he clearly can't catch. Bad combo. I miss Jorge!
