How different is this format from the NFL.com one, anybody played both? I have only ever played the NFL.com FF myself.
Same here. I tried couple of mock drafts to get a feel for it. I guess these are basically quite similar, I'm thinking to just learn on the fly As far as scoring goes, make sure to check them out. I have made a few modifications, nothing major but may affect how you value the positions.
I've used ESPN, NFL, Yahoo... They are all similar, ADP is slightly different but that's about it. Yahoo has a ridiculously fast count, like 30 secs per pick.
Ah you can have a mock draft, think I best do one tonight to get in the swing on how it works, wouldn't want to draft a Jets player by mistake
Yes, that is better tbh, nothing worse than waiting for a minute and a half or more for somebody to make a selection, drafts lasting hours lol You just have to be prepared with your list of wants and desperate last minutes to hand. I have no idea who I actually want this season, it is the least prepared I have ever been for a FF season.
It isn't too bad of an experience tbh clean format and not complicated, looking forward to it already.
It's set up for $25 entry and payouts are setup for majority approved so noone including myself can get the money out without majority approval so it's safe. Huh weird... Never thought about that, seems silly. If we can't use it we can't use it but worth a shot. Let's see what the European members say and if they have any issues. Odd to single out Canadians..
It seems we can't use it, I haven't tried but if you do it holds your money in pending and it looks like it is out of your bank but then puts it back 3 days later. That was in the link I posted earlier but in the other it says American/Canada only and even then it seems to make it hard for Canadians for whatever reason.
Apparently if you go to leaguesafe's parent company fanball and use PayPal to pay the dues. That's how they said on reddit or PayPal the commish (me on leaguesafe) and I pay it for you but I get it if noone wants to do that.
Then that becomes a huge trust issue and makes league safe redundant anyway lol In the most unlikely event of me winning you would have to withdraw it and then paypal me the winnings as league safe wouldn't pay me being in the UK etc.
