Having had him.trying to save my fantasy season last year. I would say a lack of seperation is really killing him now. His physicality is dwindling which has really not helped him. Sent from my SM-G610Y using Tapatalk
Prior to cuts today, this is what the Jets' depth chart looked like: If accurate, our starting CBs will be Desir and Maulet. Austin is backing up Desir. Maulet is also the backup nickleback. Another surprise is McDougald starting at FS and Maye at SS. Unless this was done after Cager was cut, still another surprise is that Cager isn't even on that depth chart.
He needs bringing in immediately, it will be like having picked up the WR we needed in the 3rd or 4th round this year
No one does. This isn't the final depth chart or even a prediction of one. This is the depth chart BEFORE all of the cuts. I thought that was obvious since there are a lot more than 53 players there, and there are players' names who have aleady been cut. I posted it to help people understand why some players were cut and to give an inkling as to who might still be cut.
This was a guy @joe was big on and I watched some in college after his recommendation. Physical receiver with some temperament issues and had a couple different college incidents. He bullies corners for the ball though.
The Niners are one of the few teams who had injury issues as bad as ours at receiver. If they are ditching him that probably says something.
It is. I meant the four that were practicing with starters. I reeeeally hope they are looking at someone because this room is brutal without any of those guys. Not that it would be much better with them...
i have always thought that you have 3qbs active for a game, with #3 charting and holding for fgs. what better way to hold off the rush than by having the threat of a fake being thrown by a guy who is paid to throw the ball? the 4th qb is your developmental guy who sits of the taxi squad and runs the other team's offense when the defense preps for games.
