To me this is worst possible matchup cause they can bring PRESSURE & you know who folds like a cheap suit when the pressure comes POs or no POs

We need to win before I even start thinking about playoffs.

Where's Jim Mora Sr. to give a speech when you need him....

Believe it or not, the last thing I want is to win out and miss. I'd rather go 1-1and get a better draft spot.

The three scenarios I see if the Jets win out are:

    1. At Baltimore, which is the most likely of the three requiring only a Jacksonville loss in the next two games.

    2. Home against Jacksonville, which is probably what happens if New England loses out and Jacksonville wins in KC week 17.

    3. Home against KC!!! This happens if New England loses out, Jacksonville loses in KC week 17 and Cincinnati loses out, oh and if Denver loses week 17 against San Francisco...

I think I'd like option 1 the most of those 3 scenarios. I don't want to face a hopped up KC team at home with Larry Johnson all prepped to rumble for 190 yards.

Option 2 is better. Jacksonville is AWFUL on the road.

Have you seen the Jets at home this year?

Even with a 41-0 whitewashing already in the books from the Jags I think I'd rather play them then the Ravens since we'd probably be looking at a goose egg in that potential matchup.

Sure. Held the Bears to a season low 10 while getting shoutout.

Got F*d on a Bad PI Call, or would have beaten Indy.

Except Buffalo, and the First NE game, the J E T S have not been bad at home.....

I would worry about another Cleveland, or JVille type road game, more than playing Jax at home.

    Not me.

I would NOT want the Colts (defense and all) and I would NOT want the Pats on the road.

I dont trust Rivers in a big spot yet.

I know it sounds nuts, but I would prefer the Chargers over the other three.

This game against the Dolphins will tell us a lot about Mangini.

Is he really a coach of the year candidate? There is no excuse for the Jets to not come out absolutely on fire, and play a great game against the Fins. The game means nothing for them, everything for us.

We should win convincingly. Please Mangini, make us proud!

Your premise is wrong. If SD or IND loses once, Baltimore is no longer the 3 seed. SD loses a tiebreaker to BAL (they played), and IND/BAL have the same record right now.

So, I wouldn't say anything is certain right now.

Slow down dude, these next 2 games are really "playoff" type games for the jets, so lets win those first.

Then we can chat all we want about how the jets will trash Baltimore.

I wouldn't mind playing cincinatti if they play like they did versus the colts.
