Manfred Is such a clown. Let’s Suspend a guy who didn’t even hit anyone 8 games while letting an entire team off the hook for cheating.

deGrom's streak of consecutive scoreless innings ends at 31.

Giminez triples in a run to give deGrom the lead, one out into the next inning Lugo gives up a home run and the lead is gone. I guess deGrom will be going 0-0 this year.:mad:

Well, that was exactly the kind of disaster that will doom this "season" - good starting pitching, bad relief pitching blowing a lead, and a lack of clutch hitting.

Bad loss. Conforto and Cespedes can't strike out.

Conforto once again comes up small in the clutch.

And then Diaz does his best to put the game out of reach, just in case the Mets had any thoughts of coming back in the bottom of the 9th.

This season is going to be a disaster, and I'm not talking about COVID.

Porcello clearly sucks. Mets blow an 8-2 lead thanks to pathetic pitching by everyone, particularly Betances and Lugo. Automatic out Travis d’Arnaud has 5 RBI for the Braves. Mets down 11-10 in the 9th.

Best thing that could possibly happen to the Mets would be for the season to have to be abandoned.

And they once again leave the tying run in scoring position in the 9th. What a joke this team is.

2020, 2019 apart from the pandemic who can tell the difference? Bullpen looks the same. Worst even!

Nice to see that some things don't change - the Mets will be out of it by the middle of August, just like always.

Cespedes never showed up for the game today. He has not contacted the team, and their attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful.

0/9 with RISP through 4 innings. This team is such a joke.

How can they assume this if they haven't had contact with him? o_O Anyway, I hope he's ok.

I've watched every inning of every game up until today. I turned it off after 4 innings and have no interest in turning it back on. Does anyone remember back when Harvey was lighting it up for us every 5th day? That was must watch baseball. That's how I feel right now - Tune in every 5th day to watch deGrom and then just follow the rest of the games on the ESPN app with updates.
