While the NFL and the players union agreed to terms on Monday and rookies could report on Tuesday only a handful of teams have brought their rookies onsite for the first round of COVID-19 testing. The Jets notified their players to stay at home and wait to be notified when they should travel to New Jersey after the Jets can review and be sure they will be in compliance with NFL guidelines. I agree, they are trying to get it rite the first time. They don't want any bumps in the road once they start the season. They want it so the only thing that will stop the season is the virus it's self, not the precautions they put in place to test the players. Testing only shows if a player has the virus, it doesn't prevent the virus, although it does help control the spread of the virus which seems to be their main concern. I believe that the season will at least start on time, but I don't know about getting in a full season. I can't wait to see Sam connect with Mims for a few TD's.
