Hey, we are talking about Nick "I was drafted by Seattle" Mangold here. That's all Mangold ever talks about: His love of the Seahawks for giving him a chance at #29 overall!
I do love it when they make an absolute cunt of themselves, I mean everybody could see it but that just proves it for any undecided souls watching from the sidelines. The thread is over, there can be no comeback from such a major cock-up like that The abuse time is over it is now time to just laugh at everything posted instead.
Oh my, doubling down on your error. them facts are Mangold was drafted by the Jets, them's the facts you fucked up.
See u relying on others judgement which why no more with U when U started using facts. Penalty Joe Klecko was a not a asset he was a debit due all his off sides whi ich U say has being great with out knowing the facts I am LMAO since I saw him lose at least 10 games with his penalties & I cannot understand as a fan u can claim a guy who loses games for U is great
Toon helped Kenny stats. He had a sick catch radius and was absolutely fearless. He also was killed catching many of Kenny's throws that had no business being completions. Toon was an incredible player. He doesn't get near the love he deserves.
Loyola Los Angeles HS. My daughter boyfriend at the time played Center for them. I was told Kenny is a long time resident of Manhattan Beach, a gorgeous place here in the South Bay, but I cant really confirm. He was my hero. The shoot out against Miami is still one of my fondest comebacks by a Jet team ever. Kenny was classy and gutsy, and very much under appreciated behind the leadership of a so so coach.
Champ is referring to the 1989 Miami home game. There was a play where O'Brien was stopped on the goal line by Louis Oliver. His foot was on the goal line but because he braced for the hit the ball wasn't over the goal line hence no TD. Not a good play by O'Brien BUT he did not drop to the ground as champ describes. A bit too dramatic of a description.....The whole game may be on utube. Great highlights from 1985.....in a span of three games O'Brien and Walker combined for 2 of the Jets longest ever TDs. 88 yards vs NE and then a 96 yarder at Buffalo two weeks later. To this day the 96 yarder is the longest in team history.
Well, FACTS are FACTS like you said, what did you expect people to do? Nobody is hardly likely to forgive and forget when you're being a dick.
I can say he was great because he was an absolute beast of a player and it is shocking that he doesn't sit in the hall of fame as a Jet. Nobody else on this board shares your view that Kleko was not an asset, I bet you will struggle to find one ex-pro with that thought as well. If this is all you can type about a legendary Jets player on a Jets site then I actually pity you, what an empty existence you must live.
