We need help covering opposing receivers. He can play CB. Also I saw him projected as a fairly high 2nd round pick. Great value pick here. Every pick doesn't have to be about need.
Walterfootball seems to think this signals that Adams is gone before the start of the season. Granted, I don't put too much stock into that site, as he's usually wrong, and he sticks to his guns even after being proven wrong, but I HOPE that's not the case...
Could mean the end of Maye also....maybe JD doesn’t think he’ll be able to afford to resign him. I guess it doesn’t hurt to bring in another solid player back there. I just hope they go back to addressing needs at #79.
They have a Bissell vacuum cleaner commercial on right now and I swear to God this woman just vacuumed up macaroni and cheese. I'm definitely having an acid flashback, and I never dropped acid. Please tell me someone else saw this.
Can Bowden play receiver as well as he played wildcat QB? I didn't see any of him last year as a receiver.
Anytime they say he "can" play CB and that's not his real position it screams of project. If it was a true CB we picked there I would've been ok with that but we have too many needs to overlook them in the first 3 rounds. This guy better be good and not just some KR/backup DB. That will be a wasted pick with the likes of Baun on the board.
The Jags are kind of a mess with keeping Ngakoue and Fournette through this draft, trading Ramsey and retaining Marrone. Oof.
Time will tell. They still have two third round picks left. And Clowney is still available in free agency and other guys. He has to HIT on these picks. If he doesn't he'll be just like all the other fired Jets GMs.
Yeah he was their best WR and played there most of his career Love WRs that also played QB at some point
