I think it's nice to have a guy who can play several different positions and all over the field and change from one play to the next, and the opposing QB has no friggin clue what's going on. Greg Williams just popped a woody.
Good player, hard hitter ....I can understand the disappointment though considering the Jets have Adams and Maye ....
He’s going to play special teams and some time in a nickel defense. I get it but it was not the place for this type of player, select him with the third pick in the round, I’m sure he would have been there.
Instead of finding a spot for a guy to play how about picking guys at glaring areas of need like Pass rusher and WR and CB. A big reason for 4 straight losing seasons is having no plan on how to build a team and fill needs at the same time. This pick wreaks of that. Just finding athletic guys isn't enough to build a winning program. This franchise is proof of that. I can't give this a pass. Not with Baun, some good WR's, OL and CB's still on the board at 68.
Cardinals just got great value with Josh Jones OR Cardinals just drafted a guy that everybody but them has film of with a french poodle in a compromising position. Which is it?
Goodell looks like he has been enjoying some kick ass Scotch. Can you blame him? I'd love to see him in the robe though. Then he would get my vote as Commish for life.
Maybe. They said he could play nickel, dime, and moved around in the defensive backfield. Was a track and field hurdler champion. Sounds fast and like a real athlete.
I think he was picked where he should've been picked if the senior bowl never happened. He wasn't even on the radar before then. He did well in one on one drills and everyone labeled him as a first round pick instantly.
