i like him. reminds me of Q a lot but with better hands. but Q was also a 6th rounder. I wouldn't use a 2nd on him is all i'm saying. i'd use a 3rd. the 2 i picked compliment each other nicely and i picked pitman in the 3rd. hamler and pitman can be our new robby/Q if pittman is gone i'm ok with that. we can grab tyler johnson, gandy golden, gabriel davis, shaunalt jr, mims. it's a really deep WR class we can wait to double dip until the 3rd. 1st 2 picks should be OT and CB unless something crazy happens like an edge rusher slipping into the 2nd that should have been a 1st or one of the top 3 WRs (lamb jeudy, ruggs) slipping into the 2nd and I don't see any of that happening but you never know.

Pittman Jr is more Plaxico Burress, I don't really see Q in his game (slot, YAC guy with physical traits).

i don't see buress in his game. buress had it all and was a top pick. was a speed guy, great hands, great catches, wnet up and got the ball. crazy radius. pittman isn't anywhere close. your just on the hype train everyone has been on for him the past couple of weeks.

Interesting enough, the bold are exactly Pittman Jrs skillsets. Pretty sure Pittman ran a 4.52 vs 4.59 from Plax, and both were never "speed" guys.

Nice try though. Not about being on the hype train, it's all about having time to actually watch him play and the dude can ball. You MIGHT get him in the 3rd, but chances are you will not. I give it a 30% chance. His stock has risen. IDK how I can take your assessment serious if you are out here comparing him to Q.

plax had great speed on the field in pitt. obviously wasnt the same when he got older and shot himself in the leg. pittman's talent level is nowhere near plax which is why he's not considered a 1st rounder like plax was. his stock rose after the wonderlic. and hehas a football background in the family which is good. but he's still not worth using our 2nd rounder on regardless. we can get someone just as good if not better in the 3rd

Another year of the Jets not seeing the endzone. Pittman is moving up also.

    They downright ignored the offense.

we won't see the end zone without blocking. late risers are always buyer beware.

That is what free agency addressed. You have to believe the talent is better now. What has never been addressed is the offense except for Darnold. They only did that out of desperation. If the Jets didn't tank they would have taken another defensive player that year.

I agree late risers are dangerous. So is late fallers and that is what happening with Becton. So the top 4 is down to top 3 and the Jets can't reach for that guy. I would rather trade out.

most of the o-line yes but we still need a franchise LT. right now the projected starters are fant and edoga and edoga struggled and fant is better off at RT. We need to lock down the LT spot and this is the perfect draft for it
becton fell over a drug test. IDK the specifics but i'm more interested in the other 3 anyway

I like Willis the best anyway but some are saying he can't play LT.

Absolutely. I usually give a two year grace period.
