He's not nearly as good at OG as he is C.

Would it be 11 for 21 and Dillard?

That would be interesting, especially if we see the run on OT. Then take another lineman at 21. Ruiz?

That would be a great addition to the OL Dillard and Ruiz. Of course, it could be Dillard and Justin Jefferson as well. If the deal is Dillard and #21 (as long as Dillard played well last season), I think I'd have to take that deal.

I just don't understand why the Eagles would trade Dillard......a #1 pick from last year.

    EDIT:

I pulled the following from SB Nation (Bleeding Green)

And now look at these assessments of Dillard from PFF ...

Dillard was limited to reserve work when Jason Peters or Lane Johnson went down because of injury, and that was a good thing for Carson Wentz based on how he graded. He allowed a pressure rate of 14.7%, higher than any other tackle in the NFL.

    ... and from Football Outsiders:

Dillard blew 7.8% of his combined pass and run blocks, the worst rate among offensive linemen with 300 or more snaps.

    It doesn't sound very good...…...

Yikes! Thanks. If that's the case, I don't think I would want him.

Well .....they didn’t do it thank God ! I know Becton wasn’t your preference but man what a mountain he is! Did you see him tossing that guy aside like a rag doll....he’s gonna be a stud. JD knows OL.....fingers crossed.

Becton was my man early, then I got torn between him and Lamb. Then I got a little nervous about him the more film I watched because of his lack of technique. I feared he might be one of those players that has it too easy in college and doesn't work to get better, and would come into the NFL, not work, and try to just get by on natural size and talent, like Cromartie or Kenrick Ellis, just to name two.

Well that all remains to be seen but remember JD drafted him after the whole marijuana thing. If that didn’t scare him off he must really like Becton - even with Wirfs still on the board. He moves fast for such a big guy......looking forward to training camp.

Don’t worry about WRs - the Jets are gonna get a couple good ones...you’ll see.

Thanks. I'm not. Douglas said "playmakers (plural) to come."

Spoiler alert - I replied before JD sent that LOL. But seriously with such a deep pool of WRs I can see 2 of them drafted easily and I don’t think any in the later rounds .....

Douglas didn't say that. The guy who tweeted his quote said that.

Douglas said that the line is pretty much done now
