I love this coaching staff because they are doing something Herm NEver and I mean NEVER did. Mangini is developing our young players and having them play great. I mean this not only changes the identity of the team but man it saves us cap room lets look at it.

Dwayne Robertson= This guy is becoming a dominating force and I mean dominating force. We do not a DT anymore.

Erik Coleman= This guy is playing like he did when he was a rookie again. A definite solid starter.

Bryan Thomas= This guy next year will get double digit sacks.

Victor Hobson=This guy is turning into a good playmaker he has 5 sacks and is improving.

Moore= This guy has been playing better then Kendall.

Kerry Rhodes= One of the best safeties in Football.

I have rethought about my draft. A DE, a OT, and a Rb.

Plus the development of all the rookies talk about a great job Mangini has done an dwe are 8-6. Its only the beginning boys, only hte beginning.

I think the Jets are a year away from the elite level of NFL talent. This season has been great - no question.

Your missing the point. The main point was how Eric has really developed our younger players into BIG TME CONTRIBUTORS.

Don't forget Cotchery would still be riding the pine. Herm even after all his praise of cotchery in practice never gave the guy a shot on the field.
