Gase wants to prove he was right about not wanting to sign Bell....It almost feels like Gase sabotaged him last season...I dont trust Gase to turn this thing around and no one should because he has no history of turning around anything.

the cap goes up every year clowney is the most gifted player today as a pass rusher why not pay him and not have to adress it in the draft

I'm not paying 20M a year to a guy who had 13 QB hits in 13 games. The lack of a market for him is speaking volumes about what the league thinks about him. How about instead of making sensationalist posts telling me to ask coordinators how they feel, you find actual quotes or information that proves Clowney is a "force to be reckoned with"
Exactly - if a team were to spend huge money - might as well get better production at just a little more of the cost. I would like to see a move such as securing Nguakue however in reality the Jets are probably a year away from a move of this magnitude.
Stop it already. Bell had 245 rushing attempts (not Gase's fault Bell couldn't find open holes due to a makeshift and shit O-Line) and another 66 receptions. If Gase "sabotaged" Bell, Le'Veon would have NEVER been able to touch the ball 311 times as a 1st year Jet. The only one's who "sabotaged" Le'Veon Bell were Maccagnan and our O-Line (train wreck). Please don't insult Gase as a play caller when it's hard to call plays when your QB has no time in the pocket due no a makeshift O-Line and your star RB has 0 running lanes because of an awful O-Line. QB has no time. RB has no holes. Pretty hard to call plays like that.
I'd much rather get someone in round 3 or 4 who could develop into a 10 sack per season guy when the team is ready to compete again.
We won more games during the 2nd half of the season than any other team outside of Baltimore with a 6-2 record. Seems like we were competing. We also had more injuries to our roster than any team within the entire league but to act like we finished 0-16/3-13/4-12 etc is b.s.
So do you think Gase is the coach here in 2021???Because barring a playoff appearance this year i cant see it happening.The media and the fans will put to much pressure on the franchise.
