Ballgame. I was not expecting this. On to San Francisco. Gimme the Niners. That was a pushoff, but no way they overturn, and they're not even going to review it.
He led a game tying drive with 2 mins lol. And he never had a chance in OT. If Lutz doesn’t miss a kick they win. If the Saints win the toss I think they win also.
Horrible underthrow into double coverage and an uncharacteristic fumble under pressure. Brees under these circumstances usually plays much better, but not playoff Drew
In terms of talent, and amount of healthy players still standing, the Seahawks should win, but I don't trust their defense (or their offense, tbh). We'll see.
He played bad today. I wouldn't call him a choke artist but he had two costly turnovers, and this is a 7 point regulation loss if Taysom Hill isn't used as well as he is with Payton's innovation. He played like a road playoff quarterback on a wild card team.
C'mon man calling Brees a choke artist is dumb shit...he didn't play well tho...glad Cousins got the Monkey off his back tho.
I think you have to credit the Vikings D a little. They created that fumble and weren’t giving Brees much room to operate the entire game. But still Brees found ways and got better as the game went on. He couldn’t do much from the sidelines in OT. Judging QBs by Ws and Ls is what always gets done and it makes no sense. Case in point if NO wins the toss I think the Saints drive for a TD and Cousins is called a choke artist even tho he was on sideline and played well otherwise. Smh prob my biggest pet peeve as football is the ultimate team game.
Alright. We’ve seen choke jobs in every game so far...Allen, Brady, and Brees. Who’s next Wilson or Wentz?
Brees is basically Peyton, only he won his SB earlier in his career (and didn't have to deal with the Pats) so he didn't get the choker rep. Not sure he'll get carried to the second one though.
Hes had 5 turnovers in the last 3 postseason HOME games, barely any big offensive plays in those games.
