Actually, I do have some errands to run tomorrow and I have to wait for the Mall to open up at 1100. I also have to gear up for the trip so if the game gets truly ugly, I do have options..

This weather pattern absolutely sucks ass and the long range keeps pushing the cold air to a later date-----we can hold out hope that around the 6th 7th or 8th is something as there is still some hope but DAMN the gfs and others !

"----- " I don't see any storm around the 6th " I hate these long range models and this winter and yes it just began ( THUS FAR ) absolutely sucks ass especially after last winter , there is still a lot of the season left but so far it does not look good until at least mid January if not later !
My boys had 2 snow days already. More snow days will put their spring break in jeopardy. Also my kids know that they have to shovel snow this year. So they say please no snow. And as a father I oblige. No snow please.
OMG Fjay , its Groundhog day as its last year all over again. Lots of time and February could explode as could the end of Jan but not if the Pacific keeps this up.
in all fairness, i'd rather it snow in january and/or february when it's supposed to rather than have these late nuisance snows into march and april like the last few years.
Give it a few days. That’s past the euros guidance range and the gfs changes to much run to run that far out to really guess.
There is a chance that for a brief period it could get STUPID COLD on or around Jan 5th for possibly a week so that could effect you CMAN but as Fjay said more time would be better to see if these weather modes can actually be of help
Fjay ----Cman and others Jan 6th / 7th could be back on the table thats if we want to start trusting these models they are showing a storm again / and cold
The Euro says keep an eye on Saturday nite / Sunday especially N n W of NYC. Still a long ways to go and it is days away A LOT can change because the models suck ass but the Euro keeps shifting ever so slightly so let's see how this plays out but for now just keep an eye on Sunday.
