First up...oh. Well fuck. I actually hate almost all of the matchups on Sunday, they seem to pair a decent team with a mediocre or shit one. I guess SNF Buffalo @ Pittsburgh is the "highlight"? I respect what the Steelers have pulled off w/o Ben this year but I'm not really buying it.
Pretty funny start to Red Zone today, talking about how they'll "be having their cameras trained on the Patriots all day." Of course the Bengals are awful, as the Patsies go through the Cincinnati defense like a hot knife through butter.
Jameis Winston with more than 200 yards passing and two TDs in the first quarter against Detroit. Being Jameis Winston he also has a terrible interception, of course.
Fitzpatrick now the leading rusher on the season for the Dolphins. This has been a classic Fitzpatrick season - good things (including the TD pass he just threw), a couple of surprising wins, but ultimately no real success for the team. As Jerry Garcia would say, what a long strange trip it's been for him.
Leonard Williams with another "almost made the play" but just missed him. Sums up another disappointing Jets draft pick's career.
If he wants to cut the Bucs a deal they'll bring him back. Otherwise, Arians will find another retread and turn him into a 4K yard passer.
Miami is dominating. If not for ref BS gifting the Giants with about three first downs so far in the first half they'd be up big. Instead it's now tied 7-7.
When Fitzpatrick was here all I ever heard was how weak his arm is it was endless. The dude is zinging lasers out there.
Josh Gordon with the great catch on the pass from Wilson. Bet Tommy Boy wouldn't mind having him on the team right about now.
