You answered with a bunch of people that were good players before he ever met them or player that never reached their potential under him. Other than a slot wr none of them got better because of Gase

Uh huh. You realize he was there for three years right? Not a decade? All we can go on is what we saw.

3 years is more than enough time to see he isn't good. You expect teams to keep bad coaches for a decade? Great idea lets lose for a decade just because our coach may finally get it together. This makes no sense. If he doesn't put it together in 3 years he needs to go and not be hired by some team that is trying to rebuild. He couldn't rebuild there. His claim to fame is working with one of the best QBs in the past few decades and a slot corner... honestly worst hire the Jets have made.

You keep bouncing around from argument to argument and it's really fucking stupid.

My comment was in reference to developing players and how there's not a huge sample size on that. And you go on to say something that has nothing to do with the context of what the reply was to.

    So stupid.

I bounced to what you bounced to. 3 years is plenty. Now its 4 years and he has still done nothin. No body wants a decade of Gase. He hasn't developed anyone. It doesn't take a decade to develop. Quit whining cause your wrong. I didn't change the subject we are still on Gase . In 4 years he has developed anything but a slot wr. He won't develop anything if we give him your decade.

When you have no valid arguement and can only act like the other person doesn't you probably just shouldn't post.

Bless thread detailed because people are pissed about the inevitable. It’s going to be a long 2 years on this board with every thread being derailed by “fire gase” the best case scenario now is jets have good year next year and every thread gets derailed by the same crowd screaming “in spite of gase”

No best case scenario is we draft good but Gase does what Gase does and is fired at 0-6 next season. Follow that with get a head coach that can develop players, make adjustment in game, run a system that fits his players instead of what he chooses, and is at least mildy competent

There’s no scenario where we draft well and this team goes 0-6. Despite what to believe this team is 2-3 good o lineman away from being a playoff contender.

This team has a lot more holes than o line... our secondary, pass rush, wr group. Its not just a draft 2-3 player fix. And Gase had a good o line the whole time he was in Miami. The play calling itself will ruin our season.

So you're saying this team is relatively talentless, huh? Interesting.

Thats doesn't mean anything about Gase. Against his play calling is crap. It was for 3 years in Miami. All his talent in Miami is doing better without him now. Yeah Ajayi flamed out. But Tunsil may make the pro bowl now. Devante Parker just had his 3rd 90+ yard game. Tannehill is 5-1. Gase is still trash. With out without talent around him. We have good TEs, a great slot wr, Robbie will make a good deep threat, Sam could still be a FQB, our dline is good, our safeties are good, Austin cpuld be a great cb2. We have some talent. Just not enough to cover up Gase.

You're right. That 2018 Miami Dolphins team was LOADED with talent. So much so that they decided to blow the entire thing up and start from scratch and essentially concede the season.

Gase held that team back. They should've won 12 games. That's why they decided to turnover half the roster.

    Fucking Adam Gase.

He's also holding this loaded roster back. We should be at least 8-3.

Every team has holes. Facts remain that if we had a better o line we beat Miami and Cinci conservatively and 6-6 in the thick of the playoff race . A healthy Sam and cj and you could make the argument we win week 1 and are 7-5. Hate gase if you want but the wrs get open in his scheme. Sam is coming along and the d is playing well enough to be in the playoffs.

I don’t think you are getting his point. Try using blind emotion and no logic.
