Brook tell the kids that Uncle Fjay and Uncle Chris said that there is a chance of a delay tomorrow or possibly another day off depending on how today / tonight plays out
I told my kids expect a 2hr delay. Maybe they go to the ever rare 3 but I don’t see them burning 2 snow days this early in the winter( technically not winter yet)
We are already " popular" but then again the Uncles don't ask for much just seeing the smiles on those young faces makes us happy.
Fjay the end time is still UP IN THE AIR some guidance has this going very late / early in the AM. That said lets get this thing cranking first and deal with today before tomorrow can enter the discussion.

My area,Poughkeepsie, won’t get that high. Too much mixing early. It will really have to thump player to approach those. Further north is already past a foot so those look good.
Brook and Fjay I think those maps are off I just put this on my FB page = I am just going to leave this here and if I am wrong then so be it as it wont be the last time.I think Long Island is in the game and it appears that the 5 boroughs could be in for a shock because the local weather peeps this morning were calling for 1- 3 inches for NYC. Just about every single weather model over night and this morning has shifted East and are calling for for 4 - 8 inches for NYC. I think that is a very real possibility we just have to see where the heaviest bands of snow actually set up. I think Conn needs to pay attention as well. Tonights commute home will be a nightmare.
Fjay-------> ZERO panic here my friend as the ULL is doing its thing and once it begins to move East the radar should blossom again so if anyone looks at the radar now and it seems it has gotten smaller and the storm does not look great for many areas fear not my snow loving buddies as I fully expect the storm to do most of its damage tonight especially after the sun goes down. In fact I just saw on tv they upped most #'s and put my area out of the 3 - 6 range and into the 6- 12 ,maybe they are seeing what I am talking about . PS I MISS JAY Tremendously but I am nowhere near the ledge Fjay and I think we still get ours tonight. I have been wrong before so let's see how this plays out.
